Pricing
Priced by what it resolves
We have not published a rate card, and we would rather say so than invent one. What follows is how callmesh is priced and what each way in includes, so you know what you are agreeing to before anyone talks money.
Start here
Pilot programme
One call reason, one queue or after-hours only, on a fixed term. The point is to find out whether the agent holds up on your calls, not to move your whole service desk.
A workspace set up with you, on the systems you name
One agent, built with your supervisors and reviewed before it answers
Recordings and transcripts of every call, from the first one
A fixed price for the term, agreed before it starts
You leave with the calls it handled, and the ones it should not have.
Once it is live
Usage-based
You pay per conversation the agent resolves. A call it hands straight to a person is not a resolution, and is not charged as one.
Charged on resolved conversations, not on minutes talked
Calls handed to a person at an exit point are not counted
Every agent you run, on the same rate
Usage visible in the console, per agent and per call reason
The rate is agreed with you and fixed for the term.
At scale
Enterprise agreement
A committed term across call reasons and business units, with the security, data and support terms your procurement team needs in writing.
A committed volume at an agreed rate
Your region, retention and recording policy written into the agreement
Named support, with a route to us when something is wrong
Security review answered before signature, not after
Sized with you, against the queues you actually run.
What shapes it
What the price turns on
Three things move the number, and none of them is a surprise. We would rather walk through them on a call than have you work them out from a table.
How many conversations it resolves
The volume of calls the agent carries end to end each month. A reason that arrives in bursts costs the same as one that arrives evenly.
How many agents you run
A workspace with one agent on one call reason is priced differently from a dozen agents across business units and languages.
What it has to reach
The work of connecting your systems of record, and whatever your security and retention requirements add to the setup.
